1. Who we are

EarnWell, LLC ("EarnWell," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and the planned EarnWell mobile experience. Questions about this policy may be sent to support@earnwell.com.

2. What this website collects today

This pre-launch website is informational. We do not provide a public account-creation flow, a fitness-provider connection, payment processing, merchant redemption, or payout on this site. Shopify and service providers acting for this website may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as device, browser, and log information. Review your Shopify configuration and any installed apps before publishing, because those choices can change this statement.

3. Planned EarnWell fitness connections

If EarnWell later enables a supported fitness connection, it will request a member's explicit authorization before reading any provider data. The connection screen will identify the provider, requested scope, purpose, and current connection status. EarnWell will not enable a provider connection merely by visiting this website.

EarnWell's planned WHOOP connection is currently unavailable. No WHOOP authorization, credential, scope, or live synchronization is enabled in the current product build.

4. Health and fitness information

Any health or fitness information that a member authorizes EarnWell to process in a future enabled connection is intended to remain inside EarnWell's first-party private boundary. It is not shared with merchants, affiliate partners, analytics providers, financial partners, advertisers, or support-chat services. Private points, tiers, eligibility, benefit reasoning, and other health-derived information are not used as commercial targeting data.

5. How future connected information would be used

Subject to the notice and consent presented at connection time, EarnWell would use approved provider data only to operate the member's requested private fitness-progress experience, maintain the connection, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with applicable law. We will update this policy before expanding data use or enabling a new provider scope.

6. Sharing

We do not sell health or fitness information. We do not disclose it to merchants, affiliates, financial partners, advertisers, or analytics providers. We may use carefully selected first-party or service providers for infrastructure and security only where necessary, subject to contractual and technical safeguards and applicable law. This section must be updated to list your actual processors before launch.

7. Security and retention

EarnWell is designed to protect authorized provider information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and separation between health, commercial, and financial functions. We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security, subject to a final retention schedule that will be published before launch.

8. Your choices

When a provider connection is available, members will be able to view its status, disconnect it, and request deletion of queued or stored connection data through the product or by contacting us. Provider permissions can also be managed in the provider's own settings. We will respond to applicable privacy requests as required by law.

9. International and regional rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information, and to receive information about it. Contact us using the address above. Add the jurisdiction-specific disclosures required for the places in which you operate before launch.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the updated effective date and provide any additional notice required by law.
